Store credit is granted relative to condition, our current inventory needs, and market viability. An item that we already have multiple copies of or may not be able to resell will not be offered a store credit. You may use your store credit to cover 50% of your total used book purchase upon each visit. For Example: If your used book purchase total is $10, you may use $5 of store credit, and $5 in another form of payment. Unused store credit does not expire and is stored in our system to be used on future visits.Credits may only be applied to used books, audio books, CDs, and DVDs. BooksWe are typically able to offer a store credit worth 0%-20% of the publisher price for most books. Collectable or rare books may vary.Books we are NOT able offer store credit for include - Encyclopedias, Readers Digest Condensed Books, comic books, or books that are heavily damaged. We will graciously accept them for donation.
MediaDue to the sales nature of media products (audio books, DVDs, CDs, and video games) the credit terms will vary. Typically, we grant credits of $0.50-$3 for DVDs and 0.25-$2 for CDs. Audio Books and Video Games vary greatly with age and condition.
